Well first you have to see if you have or haven't got these 8 qualities...

1) You must not be mean to other piczo members.
2) You must type in proper english not SLANG like n' and wht'.
3) You must not copy other piczo's layouts (e.g there blend and put it on your piczo but rub the trade mark off)
4) You must have a PICZO.com site or a FREEWEBS.com site.
5) Enter Challenges and have a neat site not everything anywhere!
6) Proof of a graphix site.
7) Will you link me on your site somewhere?
8) You must keep in contact with me.
